How to Redeem and Apply Discount Coupons

Method 1:

Apply your balance directly at checkout to process the discount automatically.

Method 2:

Redeem your points to generate a discount coupon code, then simply enter the code at checkout to apply your discount.

*Note: When redeeming points through the rewards widget, your active vouchers will fall securely under your "My Rewards" tab for later use.

Discount coupons generated from your point balance are subject to the following usage provisions:

  • Minimum Spend: Coupons are applicable on orders with a net value of HK$500 or above.
  • Line Eligibility: Valid exclusively for AAPE items and designated styles.
  • Validity Period: Active coupon codes automatically expire 30 days post-issuance.
  • Combination Terms: Eligible to be used in conjunction with active Shipping Discounts.

Referees: Registrations processed via a valid referral link will secure an immediate HK$30 discount code, applicable on AAPE collections with a minimum spend requirement of HK$500. Coupons expire 30 days post-issuance.

1. Net Purchase Calculations －
Points are calculated strictly on the final net purchase value of merchandise after applying all storewide discounts, point allocations, and coupon deductions.
2. Tier Validity & Status Maintenance －

365-Day Validity: Tier placement is valid for 365 days from the date of the entry or upgrade event. Reaching a higher tier will initiate a new 365-day cycle.

Status Evaluation: Upon expiration of the cycle, account expenditure records will be reviewed:

  • Retention: Meeting the tier baseline extends current status for an additional 365 days.
  • Adjustment: Accounts that do not meet the baseline will be adjusted to the appropriate tier according to actual expenditure.
3. points Expiration Policy －

12-Month Inactivity: All accrued point balances will forfeit if an account remains entirely inactive with zero transactions or actions for 12 consecutive months.

Note: Automated birthday point deposits are passive adjustments and do not constitute active account engagement for expiration renewal purposes.

4. Returns and Balance Re-audits －

Returns and processing reversals alter point ledgers immediately:

  • Accrued points: Full returns revoke order point assignments. Partial returns deduct points proportionally relative to the item value.
  • Redeemed points: points used for coupons are returned fully for full order cancellations, and on a fractional basis for partial items.
  • Tier Maintenance: Adjustments causing lifetime point milestones to fall short may result in a tier status downgrade.
5. International Orders & Currency Conversions －
Operating via Shopify Markets, localized point frameworks, spending requirements, and voucher values translate adaptively into your designated home currency at checkout using real-time foreign currency valuation rates.
6. Amendments & Disclaimers －
The brand reserves the fundamental right to modify, suspend, adjust, or cancel program parameters, point calculations, distribution processes, and tier benefits at any moment without prior obligation of notification. All amendments become instantly binding upon publication to this forum.
