How Your Total Spend is Calculated

To ensure a fair and transparent competition for all participants, winner rankings are determined strictly under the following guidelines:

What Counts: Your total is based on the final net amount paid for qualifying merchandise after all store discounts, promotions, or coupon codes have been applied.

What is Excluded: Spending totals do not include shipping/delivery fees.
•
Returns & Refunds: Any order placed during the campaign period that is subsequently canceled, refunded, or returned (in whole or in part) will be deducted from your final spending total.

Campaign Period

This promotion runs from June 25, 2026 (00:00 HKT) to July 14, 2026 (23:59 HKT).

Eligibility

Open exclusively to customers shopping on AAPE.COM who hold a valid Hong Kong or Macau delivery address. To qualify, all cumulative orders must be placed under the exact same registered account and email address.

Fair Play, Tie-Breaker, and Prize Allocation

The customer who achieves the highest accumulated spending amount from today until the end of the promotional period shall be entitled to receive a set of prize (2 tickets). In the rare event of a tie where two or more customers accumulate the exact same net spending amount, the prize will automatically be awarded to the customer who reached that spending milestone first (determined chronologically by our system's timestamp).

The top 4 highest cumulative spenders will each win one set of 2 tickets, with prizes distributed based on final ranking: Rank 1 and 2 will each receive a set of 2 tickets to Manchester City vs. FC Int'l Milano on August 1, 2026, and Rank 3 and 4 will each receive a set of 2 tickets to Chelsea FC vs. Juventus on August 5, 2026.

Your Privacy Matters

We respect your personal data. To protect your privacy and account security, we will not publish a public leaderboard displaying customer names, email addresses, or exact spending amounts. All rankings remain strictly confidential.

Winner Notification

The top 4 spending customers will be identified on July 15, 2026, and notified individually and privately via email and/or phone on July 20, 2026.

Claiming Your Prize

Winners must respond to confirm acceptance within 48 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to reply, or rejects the prize within this 48-hour window, the prize will be forfeited and passed sequentially to the next eligible highest spending customer in line.

Ticket Distribution

Verified tickets are tentatively scheduled to be distributed on July 25, 2026, via SF Express.

Prize Restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or alternative merchandise. AAPE.COM is not responsible for the postponement, cancellation, or scheduling changes of the football match hosted by third-party organizers.

Prize Forfeiture via Post-Campaign Returns

AAPE.COM reserves the right to disqualify any winner and revoke their prize if any qualifying purchases used to calculate their winning total are returned, canceled, or refunded at any point prior to the physical distribution of the tickets on July 25, 2026.

Finality of Decisions

In the event of any dispute regarding the campaign, cumulative spend calculations, timestamp data, or winner selection, the decision of AAPE.COM shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Limitation of Liability

AAPE.COM is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected transactions caused by technical malfunctions, system delays, internet connectivity issues, or any other electronic errors beyond our reasonable control.
